The Umuihuocha Central Youth Association, Obohia Autonomous Community, led by Mr. Chilaka Christian Okoro, joyfully brings to the attention of the public the 2nd Anniversary of the inauguration of their Association on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. This great association was inaugurated in the year 2024 after it was approved and constituted by the Umuihuocha Development Union and certified by the Traditional Prime Minister, High Chief Magnus Okoro. The Umuihuocha Central Youth Association was erected to be the central youth governing body in Umuihuocha. They are saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that the youths in the Umuihuocha community are doing things that are attainable. They oversee effective productivity in community works, help in safeguarding the properties of the community and other infrastructure. Part of their job description is to maintain peaceful coexistence and unity in the community and even beyond.
This association, since its inauguration, has been doing a great job in maintaining peace, unity, and order. Members of the community have testified that they have been doing their job well and with utmost dedication.
During the course of the anniversary, the association intended to unveil its aims and objectives in further contributing to the development and growth of the community.
They are equally grateful to H.R.H. Late Eze B.F. Alilonu, who envisioned that there should be such an association in the Umuihuocha Autonomous Community. A vision of its process of inauguration before the earthly demise of His Royal Highness.
